Anton Ostashko, MD
Director, TMS & Neuromodulation Program
Dr. Anton Ostashko is a neurologist certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His clinical practice focuses on memory and cognitive disorders, headache and migraine, advanced neuroimaging, complex neurological conditions, and noninvasive neuromodulation.
He leads the Los Altos Neurology TMS & Neuromodulation Program and has completed TMS-specific training through Duke University School of Medicine and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center / Harvard Medical School. The program uses MRI navigation, E-field modeling, and EMG-based physiological calibration within a neurologist-directed workflow.
As an ALZ-NET Site Principal Investigator, Dr. Ostashko participates in a national network supporting real-world data collection and clinical pathways related to Alzheimer’s diagnostics and treatment. His broader goal is to make advanced neurological care understandable, evidence-aware, and genuinely useful to patients and families.
