PRIMARY

Bedside MRI Review

Bedside MRI Review involves personalized, in-depth analysis of brain and spinal imaging, directly with patients for immediate and clear understanding of their condition.

SECONDARY

Brain Fog

Conditions like chronic migraines, post-viral syndromes, or neurodegenerative disorders may contribute to brain fog by affecting areas responsible for cognitive processing, memory, and focus.

Cluster Headaches

Cluster headaches bring severe, recurrent pain usually around one eye, occurring in cyclical patterns or "clusters," and are often accompanied by eye watering or nasal congestion.

Trigeminal Neuralgia

Trigeminal neuralgia is a chronic pain condition characterized by sudden, sharp facial pains, typically affecting one side of the jaw or cheek.

Occipital Neuralgia

Occipital neuralgia is a condition causing sharp, stabbing pain in the back of the head and neck, often resulting from nerve irritation or injury.

Stroke

A stroke occurs when blood flow to part of the brain is interrupted, leading to potential brain damage and affecting functions like speech, movement, and memory.

Bell's Palsy

Bell's Palsy is a condition characterized by a sudden onset of facial muscle weakness or paralysis, often affecting one side of the face, and can cause temporary facial drooping and asymmetry.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a common condition that causes pain, numbness, and tingling in the hand and arm, typically resulting from nerve compression in the wrist.

Concussion

A concussion is a type of brain injury caused by a blow to the head, which can lead to symptoms such as headaches, confusion, and dizziness.

PROCEDURES

Skin Biopsy

A skin biopsy is a diagnostic tool for small fiber neuropathy, assessing the density of small nerve fibers in the skin. It can also detect alpha-synuclein deposits, which are linked to neurodegenerative diseases.

Botox

Botox treats chronic migraines, tension headaches, and trigger points by relaxing muscles and blocking pain pathways. Targeted injections help reduce headache frequency and relieve muscle tension.

Nerve Block/Trigger Points

Nerve and trigger point blocks use local anesthetic for targeted pain relief. Includes whole head nerve blocks, SPG block, Trigger point injections.

Speech/Cognitive Therapy

For neurological conditions like stroke, traumatic brain injury, or neurodegenerative diseases, we facilitate timely referrals to specialized speech therapists.

INFUSION THERAPIES

Leqembi (Lecanemab)

Used in patients with mild cognitive impairment or mild Alzheimer’s, aiming to preserve cognitive function and improve quality of life by clearing amyloid plaques. Administered once every two weeks to eligible patients.

Kisunla (Donanemab)

Another infusion therapy designed to slow cognitive decline by targeting amyloid plaques in the brain. It is given through IV infusions every four weeks and is most effective in patients with mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer’s.

Vyepti (Eptinezumab)

Preventive treatment for migraines, designed to reduce the frequency and severity of attacks. It works by targeting and blocking CGRP, a protein involved in migraine development. IV infusion every three months.
