Los Altos Neurology is an out-of-network provider and does not participate in insurance plans, including Medicare. Payment is due at the time of service. For patients with PPO insurance, we provide detailed superbills that you can submit directly to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Medicare Part B beneficiaries must sign a private Medicare contract prior to receiving care. Neither Medicare nor secondary insurance (Medigap) will reimburse any charges, even for services typically covered by Medicare. Laboratory tests, imaging, and medications ordered by Los Altos Neurology are generally covered by Medicare or other insurance plans.
